Most reviewers like the wide range of wood designs and the cozy showroom. Several say staff helped them narrow down choices, and one says they can make custom flooring. The few negatives focus on cost, a weak installer, and one visit where staff ignored the customer.
Review evidence is limited. Canary Wood operates in Sentul and lists vinyl flooring among its services on its website, which also includes engineered wood, solid wood, SPC, laminate, and reclaimed wood options across Kuala Lumpur.
The team delivers polished, mirror-bright marble with meticulous site protection-workers tape furniture and door gaps to keep dust at bay. Reviewers praise quick turnaround and fair pricing, though a minority noted some floor edges didn't achieve full mirror sheen.
Strong work quality and warm staff interactions draw steady praise, but two recent complaints centre on no-show appointments and communication breakdowns. Noel and Amir stand out for patient product education and willingness to demo floor textures in-store; installation teams earn credit for speed and finishing touches. Pricing feels fair to reviewers. The conflict: some salesmen lack product knowledge, and newer items sometimes lack documentation or stock on hand.
