All three Google reviews rate KTS Flooring Systems five stars. Review detail is limited, but the consistent top rating suggests satisfied customers.
Strong product range and knowledgeable sales staff draw customers, but installation quality and aftercare are inconsistent. Some jobs finish professionally; many others leave uneven floors, visible damage within months, and frustrated customers unable to reach the team afterward. Refund delays and staff unresponsiveness emerge as recurring pain points.
