Reviewers describe outsourced installers, incorrect product colours, mismatched reference images, and an office address that was reportedly seized for unpaid rent.
Customers at this Puchong Utama branch keep naming one salesperson, Han, for patient help and clear advice. Buyers describe the purchase as quick and easy, from picking material to delivery. Most of the praise centres on vinyl and SPC flooring. One condo owner liked the neat alignment and clean edges. Others say Han explained the installation steps and even made a tutorial video. Reviews rarely mention complaints, though detail on installers is thin.
