Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-13.

What do recent reviews say?

All three reviews from the past year report the same pattern: deposits taken, installations cancelled or postponed multiple times, refunds withheld, and communication cut off after payment. Reviewers describe outsourced installers, incorrect product colours, mismatched reference images, and an office address that was reportedly seized for unpaid rent.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Watch-outs
  • Non-refundable deposits, repeated cancellations
  • Unresponsive after payment, blocks customers
  • Chronic delays and postponements
  • Outsourced installation, poor quality control
  • Inaccurate product specifications and photos

Think twice if: Strong caution advised: all recent reviews cite deposit loss, repeated cancellations, communication blackout, and refund non-payment. Independent verification of current operational status recommended.

Worth knowing

  • Deposit amounts cited: RM3,500
  • Installation subcontracted to external parties
  • Alleged office address seizure over unpaid rent
  • Reference images reported as blurry and inaccurate

Customers at this Puchong Utama branch keep naming one salesperson, Han, for patient help and clear advice. Buyers describe the purchase as quick and easy, from picking material to delivery. Most of the praise centres on vinyl and SPC flooring. One condo owner liked the neat alignment and clean edges. Others say Han explained the installation steps and even made a tutorial video. Reviews rarely mention complaints, though detail on installers is thin.
