Nine reviewers give this Desa Pandan firm a perfect score. Most praise the shine they got on marble and tile floors after scrubbing, coating, or polishing. Several say the work left floors looking like a mirror. Short comments mention good service and easy communication. No complaints appear in the recent reviews.
Old reviews praise friendly, helpful staff. Evidence is thin-only two positive ratings from seven years ago, with no detail on carpets, pricing, or installation quality.
Customers who write in tend to get quick replies and same-day visits. Reviewers praise the technicians for knowing their work and fixing problems on the first trip. Fair pricing and no hidden charges come up more than once. Most of the reviews describe electrical and plumbing jobs: unclogged drains, lighting and wiring faults, a faulty stop cock, and a pump problem. Reviewers name a plumber, Umar, and mention follow-up checks. Floor work barely appears in the reviews, so flooring is not a proven strength here.
Reviewers rate M Floor highly, with 4.9 across 12 Google reviews and no one-or-two-star ratings. Customers praise neat, tidy installs and quick, responsive help. One reviewer said an SPC install finished a day early. Several mention fair prices compared with other quotes, though review detail is fairly brief.
Reviewers keep coming back to speed, fair prices, and tidy finishes. Many say the crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the space looking neat. Several name staff who helped them choose products before installation. Most of the praise centres on blinds and curtains, with a few reviews covering SPC flooring and carpet. One renter said the SPC job took under two hours and the team gave useful advice on fit. Reviewers describe the team as patient with custom requests and easy to deal with from quote to finish.
Mr Leo dominates the feedback, consistently praised for patient product guidance, attentiveness to customer concerns, and friendly efficiency. His expertise helps first-time SPC buyers make confident choices within budget, and installations routinely complete in a single day with skilled crews. Reviewers report smooth buying experiences across laminate, SPC, tiles, and solid wood. Quality of materials and finish workmanship earn consistent mention. The Pandan Jaya outlet stands out among Floor Depot's branches for service consistency and staff retention.
Customers who hired this team for tile and marble work report neat finishes and steady progress updates. Several reviewers say jobs were done on time and left clean. Reviews are mostly short, so detail is limited. Ratings are high, with no low scores in the recent set.
All 19 reviews award five stars and praise the owner and team for quick turnarounds, fair prices, and attention to detail across a wide range of jobs. Whether fixing appliances or renovating retail spaces, customers highlight professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care to deliver exactly what was requested. The business handles everything from flooring and cabinet work to HVAC and plumbing, often finishing jobs the same day or very soon after booking. Customers note the owner's honesty, willingness to explain work done, and sometimes throw in extra help. No complaints appear in the review set.
The team delivers polished, mirror-bright marble with meticulous site protection-workers tape furniture and door gaps to keep dust at bay. Reviewers praise quick turnaround and fair pricing, though a minority noted some floor edges didn't achieve full mirror sheen.
Reviewers praise how quickly this firm answers enquiries and sends quotations. Several say the quotes are clear and easy to check. Reviews focus on the quoting and consultation stage, so work quality is less covered. One review calls pricing competitive, and another mentions quality materials.
Shoppers keep coming back for the carpets and the people who help them pick one. Staff are described as patient and good at matching a buyer to the right piece. Several reviewers call the prices fair for the quality on offer. Most of the praise names individual salespeople, especially Bilal Hanif. The stock runs from Persian and Iranian runners to tribal and vintage pieces from Iran, Afghanistan and other regions. Some reviewers mention sales and discounts. One reviewer says they have bought here for three decades.
Strong work quality and warm staff interactions draw steady praise, but two recent complaints centre on no-show appointments and communication breakdowns. Noel and Amir stand out for patient product education and willingness to demo floor textures in-store; installation teams earn credit for speed and finishing touches. Pricing feels fair to reviewers. The conflict: some salesmen lack product knowledge, and newer items sometimes lack documentation or stock on hand.
