What do recent reviews say?
Most reviewers praise the showroom range, staff knowledge (especially MZ), and installation quality. Two older complaints highlight after-sales weakness: one about TV cabinet reinstatement going unanswered, another about stairs becoming noisy after two months with refusal to arrange fixes. Evidence is limited to these two problem reports.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Queens Floor (Bandar Sunway)
4.8(199)✓ Google-verified
Staff like Kenny, Matthew, Shanwy, and Teoh consistently earn praise for responsiveness and clear guidance through the selection process. Installation quality and SPC flooring aesthetics impress most customers, with many highlighting professional workmanship and clean sites. However, post-installation support falters for some. Two reviewers report material scratches appearing quickly and unresponsive follow-ups on promised replacements or damage claims over months. One customer's key was lost and wall damage went unreported by installers. Despite strong initial service, warranty and communication gaps emerge after handover.
